Over the course of 35 years, Reliance Medical Group has not only provided primary care medical services to its patients, but, as a respected group within the healthcare industry, Reliance has also been contracted by various organizations, etc. to provide Consulting services.  

 

In such regard, below are some of the Consulting services that Reliance has offered during its long history, and that it is able to provide today:

 

Hospital Patient Services:  Provide recruitment for an independent Ob/Gyn practice to operate the hospital’s Prenatal Clinic and provide hospitalist coverage for the hospital’s Labor & Delivery Department.

 

Hospital Laborist Program:  Develop and successfully implement a hospital Laborist Program.

 

Emergency Room Utilization:  Develop a Nursing Triage Program for private physician offices to work with high-risk patients in order to avoid utilizing the hospital’s Emergency Room as a primary care site.

 

Patient-Centered Medical Home (“PCMH”):  Assist medical offices in obtaining PCMH Certification.

 

CPC+ Program:  Assist medical offices in obtaining CPC+ designation.

 

Health Department Privatization:  Create a public, privatized partnership resulting in a prompt reduction in costs and an increase in quality of care.

 

Administrative Services:  Human Resources, Purchasing, Finance & Accounting, Payroll, Credentialing.

 

Billing & Collection Services:  Provide Billing & Collection consultation and services to federally-qualified health centers. (FQHC’s)

 

Value Based/Risk Sharing Contracting:  Assist medical offices with the Practice Transformation process as those offices transition from a fee-for-service reimbursement arrangement to Value-Based and, ultimately, Risk-Sharing contracting, especially in urban-based practices.
