JON M. REGIS, M.D., a Board-Certified Ob/Gyn physician, has established himself as a successful entrepreneur during the past 35+ years, being one of the first physician executives in the practice management industry while developing and providing an urban-based medical practice group. Dr. Regis received his Bachelor & Medical Degrees from the University of North Carolina, and completed his medical residency at Hahnemann Hospital and Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Thereafter, Dr. Regis became Medical Director for Vanguard Medical Associates, one of the first single-specialty practice management companies in the country. From 1986 until present, Dr. Regis has proudly maintained the role of President/CEO of Reliance, one of the largest multi-specialty primary care groups in New Jersey.

VINCE PAPACCIO,

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/COO

VINCENT J. PAPACCIO, M.B.A. is a successful executive with over 30 years of experience (15+ years in the capacity of President or CEO). Vince has expertise in short and long-term planning, organization development and structure, physician and Board of Director relations, program development, financial acumen, acquisition and merger transactions, and long-term care projects. Vince received a Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Dayton in 1973, and, in 1979, completed his Master’s Degree in Health & Human Service Administration at Widener University. Vince has also acted as an Adjunct Professor in Health Administration at several Colleges and Universities.  Additionally, Vince is an active Member of the Stockton University Foundation Board of Directors.

IRA M. TROCKI, M.D. has been practicing in the medical field for over 40 years, and has been a renowned Board Certified plastic surgeon since 1982. Completing his graduation from Loyola University Of Chicago, Stritch School Of Medicine in 1975 and awarded a degree by the medical institute. Dr. Trocki has been professionally recognized and honored by local authorities throughout the State of New Jersey.
